
Employee Relations Officer

Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Human Resource Development Management, BS Psychology or any related course.
- With high proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Must be highly flexible, creative, innovative and with good communication skills
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience as HR Employee Relations Officer
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Quezon City
Job Description:
- Maintain open communication between employees to extract/gather information that may be used in the development of the company's objectives or goals.
- Creates activities and events to bring harmonious relationship between each employees.
- Formulate and create policies and prepare and consolidate communications between management and employees concerning workplace grievances and dispute resolutions.
- Implements company policy and issues memorandum to employee if necessary
- Advise managers and employees on sensitive labor and employee relations matters, including grievance and arbitration procedures, and disciplinary action; advise and assist managers in identifying employee relations issues and determining appropriate course of action.
- Conducts exit clearance to all exiting employees.
- Processes and monitors the clearance and other related concerns.
