We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage client leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into booked consultations. This role requires exceptional communication, persistence, and attention to detail while maintaining professionalism and empathy toward clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Manage all assigned client leads within GoHighLevel
  • Follow up promptly and consistently with all leads assigned
  • Ensure all leads are called twice within 5 minutes of entry
  • Reply to all incoming text messages within 5 minutes
  • Tag leads accurately based on their current stage or situation
  • Maintain consistent documentation and reporting of all activities

Performance & Conversion

  • Achieve a minimum 50% booking rate for appointments
  • Ensure at least 40% of leads show up for consultations
  • Clear all power dialers twice daily according to the assigned call schedule
  • Call all scheduled callbacks at the designated time

Communication & Team Coordination

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with all prospects—never discuss pricing during initial engagements
  • Report any issues, bottlenecks, or lead trends to the team promptly
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in all client and team interactions

Experience and Proficiency

  • Must have prior cold calling, call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience (required)
  • Must be high energy, positive, and compassionate toward others
  • Must be a team player with strong professionalism and work ethic
  • Should understand that you represent clients' brands, reputations, and communities — and must perform accordingly
  • Must love providing excellent client experiences and take action quickly (under 5 minutes)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel)
  • Technologically adept, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php40,000.00 per month
