Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales-Driven Telemarketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can turn conversations into conversions. This role is not just about making calls — it's about hitting targets, closing leads, and driving revenue growth for both our student and real estate divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and online outreach.

  • Convert inquiries into paying clients by presenting UCSG's services with clarity and confidence.

  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for student recruitment and real estate leads.

  • Deliver persuasive pitches to international students (college transfers, CPT/OPT, scholarships, loans).

  • Qualify motivated property sellers and forward them to UCSG's real estate team.

  • Maintain a high-volume call pipeline and update CRM daily with accurate lead status.

  • Report sales numbers and results directly to management.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaker with a confident, sales-focused phone presence.

  • 2–3+ years proven track record in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation for U.S. clients.

  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.

  • Goal-oriented and competitive — thrives under pressure and loves exceeding targets.

  • Tech-savvy with CRM and call-tracking systems.

  • Must be 100% dedicated to UCSG (no other jobs or outside commitments allowed).
