Role Summary

The Business Development Specialist
supports the
Finance Strategic Team
in identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities for the company. The role involves
financial modeling, due diligence, and project management
to create actionable business models that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate
    new markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities
    aligned with company strategy.
  • Conduct
    financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting
    to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Perform
    due diligence and financial analysis
    for potential projects, ventures, or acquisitions.
  • Prepare and deliver
    business proposals, financial reports, and strategic recommendations
    to senior management.
  • Coordinate
    cross-functional project management activities
    , ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop
    strategic and operational plans
    .
  • Monitor
    industry trends, competitor performance, and market conditions
    to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Analytics
    .
  • CPA, Master's degree, or relevant certification
    (e.g., CFA, CMA, PMP) is an advantage.

Experience

  • At least
    3 years of relevant experience
    in business development, finance, investment, or corporate strategy.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis
    .
  • Experience in
    corporate finance or due diligence engagements
    with professional services firms.
  • Experience preparing and presenting reports or proposals to senior management.
  • Minimum
    1 year of team management or supervisory experience
    .

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in
    financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analysis
    .
  • Knowledge of
    business strategy, investment evaluation, and market assessment
    .
  • Competent in
    Google Workspace
    and
    Microsoft Office
    applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with
    risk management
