Business Development Specialist

Position Summary
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and growing revenue for the company's public and in-house training programs, workshops, and conferences. The role includes managing marketing and sales initiatives, client relationship management, and providing administrative and operational support during training events and conferences.
This position requires a proactive, organized, and results-driven individual capable of representing the company professionally to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying clients for public and in-house trainings.
- Conduct client outreach through email, cold calling, social media, and networking channels.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and product demos with corporate decision-makers.
- Prepare training proposals, pricing estimates, and service scope agreements.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects using CRM or lead-tracking systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure corporate accounts and enterprise clients.
2. Marketing & Promotion
- Run marketing and promotions for training programs and conferences.
- Help create and execute digital marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
- Assist in preparing brochures, promotional decks, and client communication materials.
- Collaborate with management team to align BD efforts with company direction.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to inquiries, quotations, and client concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct client needs analysis to match the right program to the right customer.
- Maintain long-term client partnerships to increase repeat business.
4. Admin Support
- Assist in logistical planning and execution of trainings and conferences.
- Help manage participant registration, confirmations, and post-event reports.
- Support onsite and online training operations (check-in, documentation, coordination).
- Coordinate with vendors, facilitators, and partners when necessary.
- Monitor event feedback and help in preparing post-event evaluations and follow-ups.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Track sales targets, revenue goals, and portfolio performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Maintain updated client database, contact lists, and client records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
