What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

HRIS System Administration:

· Serve as the primary administrator for our enterprise HRIS, managing configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure absolute data integrity across all HR modules.

Strategic Data Analytics:

· Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., transition and database) to analyze HR data, predict trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Process Improvement:

· Proactively assess and implement improvements to HR workflows to increase efficiency and enhance employee experience.

Compliance:

· Ensure HRIS data and reporting meet all regulatory compliance standards and provide accurate documentation.

Project Management:

· Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate, timely completion and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role, with at least dedicated specifically to HRIS administration and data analytics/reporting.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency with a major HRIS platform, Vlookups, SQL.
  • Proactive & Self-Directed: Highly motivated and takes initiative to solve problems efficiently.
  • Exceptional Organization: Outstanding time management and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively present complex data analysis to non-technical business audiences.
