About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a recruitment firm or manpower agency, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition services and client management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within a recruitment firm or manpower agency
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Promote recruitment and staffing services to organizations across industries
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service briefings
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliverables
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and sales materials as needed
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
