Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project studies, feasibility analyses, and financial assessments to support project evaluation and selection.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and project assessment documents for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (planning, engineering, finance, and legal) to gather data and prepare comprehensive project assessments.
  • Draft and maintain documentation related to projects, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Track and monitor ongoing business development initiatives, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
  • Handle BOI (Board of Investments) applications, compliance requirements, and coordinate directly with BOI personnel to ensure timely approvals and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Assist other departments/teams in providing the requirements for the processing of permits and licenses to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., DHSUD, LGUs, and other authorities)
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned by the head of the department, contributing expertise and insights to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in finance, real estate management, business studies or equivalent.  Alternatively, a degree in engineering such as industrial engineering, engineering economy-related courses is also acceptable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and have a general knowledge and background in business development for real estate.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Must be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics
  • Possesses a dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organization
  • With good communication and negotiation skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shaw Blvd., Pasig City
