Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Track and report performance metrics, pipelines, and conversion rates.

Sales Training and Development:

  • Design, develop, and conduct training programs for newly onboarded and existing sales agents.
  • Facilitate product knowledge sessions, sales techniques workshops, and compliance briefings.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to agents to improve productivity and confidence.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance monitoring and feedback collection.
  • Create training materials and manuals tailored to ALFC's insurance offerings.
  • Coordinate with agency leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Education, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or insurance operations.
  • Experience in conducting sales or skills training is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of life and non-life insurance products and services.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM platforms.
