Job description

The Business Development Officer plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and securing new project opportunities to support the company's growth objectives. The role involves conducting thorough market research, preparing feasibility studies, and performing detailed financial runs to assess project viability and profitability. The officer will assist in evaluating potential land acquisitions, analyzing investment scenarios, and recommending strategies that align with organizational goals. In addition, the position supports negotiations with landowners, partners, and stakeholders, and contributes to the preparation of business proposals and project presentations for management approval.

  • Graduate of any business course, preferably with MBA
  • With at least 5 years similar experience, preferably in a nationwide property developer or large-scale real estate company.
  • Candidates must have real estate industry experience specifically in a Business Development capacity.
  • Experience in business development, financial modeling, and market analysis.
  • Experience in project development is an advantage
