We are looking for a Business and Project Development Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of PHDC's real estate projects. Reporting to the AVP of Project and Strategic Management, this role ensures that every project aligns with the company's strategic goals and is delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential land acquisitions and joint venture opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to support business cases.
  • Develop project concepts, pricing strategies, and financial models for proposed developments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Design, and Project Development teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations for management approval.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to enhance PHDC's project portfolio and competitiveness.
  • Support management in strategic planning and portfolio expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate property development, with strong expertise in feasibility studies and market analysis for nationwide projects
  • Skilled in financial modeling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates excellence, innovation, and malasakit in driving growth and value creation.
