Business Development Officer (Partnerships Focus)

Location: Ortigas Pasig City

Employment Type: Full-time

Setup: On-site

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive company growth by strategically identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships. This role is responsible for establishing key alliances (affiliates, influencers, organizations) to significantly expand the market reach and lead flow for our OFW loan products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, recruit, and close new strategic alliances—including financial institutions, OFW organizations, and digital influencers—to serve as key distribution channels.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Develop and negotiate comprehensive, performance-based partnership agreements (e.g., commission structures, incentive programs) to ensure mutual profitability and long-term commitment.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners, ensuring strong relationships and providing enablement to maximize partner performance and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data and tracking tools to monitor partnership health and return on investment (ROI), providing strategic reports and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, strategic alliances, or relationship management.
  • Strong track record in negotiating and managing performance-based contracts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Background in digital marketing or the financial/lending sector is a plus.
