JOB SUMMARY:

Business Development Officer is responsible for driving company growth and profitability by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves formulating strategic initiatives through research and analytics, as well as establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential trade areas and opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Collaborate with Management in developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies.
  • Perform data analysis and feasibility studies to support new business initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze macro- and micro-economic data to guide financial and strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and performance assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships through effective account management.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning and increase market share.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to ensure alignment of business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end account management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, or Project Management.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and on-site activities.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
