Job Summary

The Technical Encoder is responsible for accurately recording and encoding all operational data related to feed production, warehouse movements, and SAP transactions. This role ensures data integrity, supports inventory accuracy, and maintains timely documentation aligned with feedmill and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encode daily feed production data such as batch numbers, formulations, raw material usage, and output.
  • Compile and record daily reports from production operators (feedmill, pouring, premix, bagging).
  • Perform real-time SAP encoding for transactions (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer Posting, Production Order updates).
  • Track inventory movements for raw materials, additives, packaging, and finished feeds.
  • Maintain production documents, preventive maintenance logs, and downtime records.
  • Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, quality, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all encoded data adheres to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Agriculture, or related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in data encoding, administrative support, or production documentation (preferably in a feedmill or manufacturing environment).
  • Familiarity with ERP/SAP (SAP S/4HANA) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data entry tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac.
