What You'll Do

  • Encode daily feed production data (raw material usage, batch numbers, formulations, outputs).
  • Consolidate daily reports from feedmill operators.
  • Perform SAP transactions (Goods Receipt/Issue, Transfer Posting, Production Orders).
  • Track movement of raw materials, additives, packaging, and finished feeds.
  • Maintain production documents, maintenance logs, and downtime records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports.
  • Work with Warehouse & QA teams for accurate and compliant data.
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety documentation standards.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (IT, Business, Agriculture, Engineering, etc.).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in data encoding or production documentation is a plus.
  • Background in manufacturing or feedmill is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot, formulas, charts).
  • Familiar with SAP/ERP is a plus (training provided).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Willing to assign in Parsolingan, Gerona Tarlac
