We are looking for a Technical Encoder- Farm who will help ensure accurate data recording, smooth SAP transactions, and reliable inventory monitoring for our Shared Farm operations.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Encoder, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and consistency of farm operational data. Your tasks include:

✓ Performing SAP transactions (goods receipt/issue, stock transfers, production confirmations)

✓ Monitoring and reconciling inventory and stock movements

✓ Encoding and validating daily farm data in SAP and internal systems

✓ Generating essential reports (Stock Overview, Inventory Aging, Procurement Analytics)

✓ Assisting in month-end closing and audit preparation

✓ Maintaining organized digital and physical documentation

✓ Coordinating with farm and warehouse teams for timely data flow

✓ Reporting discrepancies and assisting in issue resolution

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

A graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, IT, Business Administration, or related fields

Open to fresh graduates — training provided

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in encoding

Willing to learn SAP and farm operational systems

Good at coordination and communication

Experience in SAP or inventory is a plus
