KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Faculty Performance Evaluation Support

  • Assists in the preparation, distribution, and retrieval of Faculty Performance Evaluation (FPE) forms (student, peer, and self-evaluation).
  • Encodes, consolidates, and tabulates evaluation data for review by the Dean and HR Department.
  • Maintains confidentiality and data integrity of all evaluation results and records.
  • Generates summary reports and visual dashboards for presentation to Deans, QA, and HR.

Academic Documentation and Support

  • Assists in the preparation of academic forms, reports, and matrices.
  • Provides logistical and clerical support in academic events (e.g., orientations, training, and accreditation visits).
  • Ensures accurate filing, updating, and archiving of academic-related documents in coordination with Records and QA units.
  • Prepares minutes, memos, and correspondence related to academic and evaluation matters.

Coordination and Communication

  • Liaises between the Dean's Office, HR Department, and QA Office regarding faculty evaluation timelines, compliance, and improvement plans.
  • Assists in disseminating evaluation results and coordinating feedback sessions with faculty.
  • Ensures prompt communication and follow-up for evaluation schedules and deadlines.

Other Duties

  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Unit Head or HR-Admin Department in support of institutional objectives.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably with prior experience in academic or HR administrative work.
