Job Responsibilities:

  • With experience in handling HR matters ( attendance , administrative task , employee records , recruitment , payroll and benefits , reporting ) as a HR & Admin Officer.
  • Oversees HR and admin functions independently, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations while coordinating across departments.
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE rulings and government statutory process.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally to colleagues, management, and external contacts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using email, video conferencing, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
  • With experience as HR and Admin Officer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
