Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Timekeeping/Payroll (Approximately 50 employees) using GreatDay HRIS

  • Employee 201 Files / HR Records Management

  • Admin Support (Office Supplies, uniforms etc)

  • Employee Relations/Grievances

  • Employee Performance Management

MONDAY - FRIDAY working days.

Qualification:

  • BS Degree in Human Resources Management /Psychology

  • At least 1-3 years experience as HR Generalist

  • Knowledgeable in general human resources policies and procedures

  • With experience in payroll, compensation and benefits

  • Good knowledge in Philippine labor laws

  • Highly organized and able to maintain high level of confidentiality

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

  • Preferably residing near Taytay Rizal

  • Can start Asap
