Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Timekeeping/Payroll (Approximately 50 employees) using GreatDay HRIS
Employee 201 Files / HR Records Management
Admin Support (Office Supplies, uniforms etc)
Employee Relations/Grievances
Employee Performance Management
MONDAY - FRIDAY working days.
Qualification:
BS Degree in Human Resources Management /Psychology
At least 1-3 years experience as HR Generalist
Knowledgeable in general human resources policies and procedures
With experience in payroll, compensation and benefits
Good knowledge in Philippine labor laws
Highly organized and able to maintain high level of confidentiality
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Preferably residing near Taytay Rizal
Can start Asap
