Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support to Hiring Managers through job posting creation, applicant sourcing, and resume screening.
- Maintain and update employee tracking systems while preparing timely and accurate recruitment reports for HR and leadership review.
- Ensure completion of required documents from new hires
- Provide support to Managers in administering New employee orientation sessions and ensuring compliance with all required new-hire documentation processes
- Oversee uniform preparation and distribution for new hires, annual requirements, and promoted employees, ensuring accurate inventory and timely issuance.
- Handles employees' database and maintains all 201 files.
- Support managers with performance, conflict resolution, and coaching conversations.
- Assist in conducting fact-finding inquiries related to employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations
- Assists in the preparation, distribution, and filing of labor relations documentation and correspondence
- Open to being assigned in Parañaque.
