Acts as the main contact person on HR services and support in the office, such as recruitment process and employment, compensation and benefit administration, employee movements, employee relations and disciplinary proceedings
Address and seek to resolve employee relations issues
- Facilitate the benefits process with employees as needed
- Drive the KPI/Operations Review process – gather required input, prepare monthly updates of KPIs and submit on time as part of monthly operations review
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall HR strategy
- Provide generalist HR support on matters such as grievance, discipline, absence management, maternity, managing redundancy or in dealing with sensitive staff matters
