Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in with major in Business or any related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR leadership role, with a strong focus on employee relations and talent management;
  • Proven proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies and or programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion;

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead HR team to meet the needs of the business;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Support departments in the development and implementation of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction;
  • Partner with department heads to understand the needs of their teams which requires HR support and guidance;
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures;
  • Manage performance review system to drive employee development and to support opportunities for growth;
  • Drives high performance by nurturing a positive working environment;
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and conducting interviews;
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees;
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures;
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues;
  • Resolves conflicts through positive and professional mediation;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
  • Provides the resources and manpower development of the company;
  • Responsible for the performance management and training;
  • Develops and implement employee training and development programs to foster a progressive learning culture;
  • Ensures that salary and benefit structures are internally consistent;
  • Oversees and manages the work of HR staff, ensures that they are clear in their responsibilities, expectations and objectives, and that they are consistently working to the standards that have been set with them;
  • Conceptualizes, consistently implements and ensures an up to date policies, systems and procedures of HR department. Ensures such policies are approved by relevant parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
