Job Summary:

The
Sales & Marketing Head
will drive growth and lead the sales and marketing efforts of their real estate client in
Iloilo
. This leadership role involves managing sales performance, executing marketing strategies, and expanding broker networks to ensure strong brand presence and project sell-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams and hit revenue targets for residential/commercial projects
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, project launches, and digital promotions
  • Grow and manage broker networks across Iloilo and nearby provinces
  • Train and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and project positioning
  • Oversee the full customer journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor KPIs, marketing ROI, and align budgets with sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
  • 8–10 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Results-driven and adaptable to market shifts
  • Must be based in or open to relocating to Iloilo
