DAILY TASKS
- Checks and responds to email that needs immediate attention.
- Attending to toolbox meetings as required
- Checks employees' attendance, laborer's attendance and activity morning and afternoon and send reports the same thru email to department head, top management and CEO/President.
- Prepares authorized travel order of all employees.
- Keeping track of leave of absence and travel order.
- Provides information to employees and managers on timekeeping matters.
- Monitors those employees with 3 consecutive absences to be forwarded to HR Discipline/ HR OIC for back to work notice.
WEEKLY TASKS
- Summarizes/ updates mancom and regular employees' attendance and tardiness.
- Prepares and facilitates Monday assembly attendance form for future reference.
- Filing of accomplished travel orders every Friday afternoon.
- Summarize reports of unreturned/ incomplete travel order and follow up concerned employees.
MONTHLY TASKS
- Prepares reports of employees' attendance and tardiness for the applicable month.
- Reports monthly employees (Top 10 with habitual tardiness and absences) Top employees with perfect attendance with no tardiness to be posted to their official station assigned.
OTHER TASKS
- Monitors HRD forms and request if needed and issues HRD forms from requested employees.
- Coordinates with HR Manager/ OIC in determining objectives and targets of the department in relation to the Quality Management System.
- Performs other related task as maybe required by the management or/ immediate head.
