About the role

DKC GROUP INC' is seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Cavite City, Cavite, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Proactively managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the scope of services
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and reporting on key account performance metrics and trends
  • Providing expert account management and customer service to maintain high levels of client retention

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a key account management or sales role, preferably in the Sales industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of the Account & Relationship Management landscape and industry best practices
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and provide innovative solutions to complex client challenges
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
