Distributor Key Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow distributor key accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Lead the execution of sales plans, trade programs, and merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure proper implementation of company policies and trade initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely remittances.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field sales teams in delivering sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or at least 2nd-year college level.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in frontline sales or sales operations.

Key Knowledge and Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of trade channels, POP, and merchandising concepts.
  • Familiarity with sales and distribution systems and processes.
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge, including remittance procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence with integrity.
  • Effective selling and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and driven to deliver executional excellence.
  • Ability to collaborate and enable results through others.
