Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve company sales targets
  • Oversee and manage assigned merchandisers to ensure timely and effective execution of in-store activities
  • Monitor account performance and recommend strategic actions for growth

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in territory sales management within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in sales achievement, especially in modern trade and/or general trade
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
