Position Title: Wholesale Travel Administration Support
Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 50,000
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time

We are looking for a Wholesale Travel Administration Support staff to join our team. This role provides an intermediary service between travel agents, clients, and suppliers, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of tour bookings and documentation for destinations in Africa, Asia, and the Subcontinent.

Responsibilities as a Wholesale Travel Administration Support:

Administration Support

• Prepare quotations, confirmations, and final travel documentation in line with bookings.

• Ensure all booked services match confirmations.

• Liaise with booking consultants regarding queries or discrepancies.

• Prepare documents using client-supplied templates.

• Maintain knowledge of regions covered by our tour packages.

• Participate in ongoing training with team members and management.

Potential Expanded Duties

• Liaise with clients via phone, webchat, email, or Salesforce regarding travel requirements.

• Advise clients on suitable options including flights, accommodation, activities, transport, and insurance.

• Prepare customized itineraries to suit client preferences and budgets.

• Make and confirm bookings using systems (GDS, CRM, or direct contacts).

• Issue tickets and travel documents.

• Provide up-to-date advice on travel regulations, safety, and local customs.

• Modify existing bookings based on client needs.

• Research destinations and stay updated with travel industry news.

Qualifications as a Wholesale Travel Administration Support:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the travel industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Specialized travel knowledge of at least 2 regions: Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, South Africa, or East Africa.

• High attention to detail.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Initiative and strategic thinking with an analytical approach.

• Team player with strong time management skills.
