Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries regarding travel services, destinations, and available packages
  • Assess each client's requirements, including preferred destinations, budget, travel dates, length of stay, and transit needs
  • Provide clients with accurate information on booking procedures, payment terms, and cancellation policies, including deadlines and applicable penalties
  • Secure deposits before processing bookings and reservations
  • Recommend and arrange the most suitable travel options, considering budget, schedules, and preferences
  • Book domestic and international tickets, accommodations, and related travel services using industry-standard platforms
  • Ensure accuracy in reservations, itineraries, and documentation
  • Provide after-sales service and support, addressing client concerns and adjustments promptly
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in travel and tours, ticketing, and booking (domestic and international)
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address client concerns effectively
  • Team player with a collaborative and service-driven attitude
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to work onsite and available to start immediately
  • Willing to work on UK time zone schedules
