About the role

Join our dynamic team at UHX Travel Central as a Travel Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients plan their dream vacations. Based in our Cebu City office, you will work closely with our travel experts to craft personalised itineraries and ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers to understand their travel preferences and requirements
  2. Researching and proposing tailored travel packages that align with the customer's budget and interests
  3. Booking flights, accommodation, transportation and other travel arrangements
  4. Providing timely updates and support to customers throughout the booking process
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel products and industry trends
  6. Achieving individual and team sales targets
  7. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or issues that may arise

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience working as a travel consultant or in a customer service role in the travel industry
  2. Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels and other travel services
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a personalised and engaging customer experience
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  5. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
  6. A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping customers plan their dream holidays
