Key Responsibilities
  • Research industrial areas in Italy via Google Maps / Google Earth to identify potential client factories (based on given criteria).
  • Prepare customized solar panel installation quotations using company templates.
  • Edit simple satellite/map images to illustrate potential solar panel layouts.
  • Maintain organized records of leads, quotations, and client communication.
  • Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales team (Italy).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quotations and proposals are accurate and timely.
  • Perform other sales support tasks as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong skills in Google Maps, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic image editing skills (e.g., cropping, annotations, adding markers).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Fluency in Italian is a big plus.
  • Experience in sales support, back-office, or administrative roles is an advantage.
