Finance and Administrative Support

Salary Range: Competitive
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive finance and accounting support, including processing invoices.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial and administrative workflows
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges adeptly.
- Knowledge of Xero, XPM, FYI, and BGL (for ASIC compliance), as well as other related CRM or office management software is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative processing for Australian clients, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
