Administrative Officer for Support & Procurement Services
Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support in the areas of procurement, inventory, and coordination with suppliers and agencies, while supervising maintenance and security personnel to ensure smooth and efficient support service operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of office, classroom, and operational supplies in accordance with approved budgets and guidelines.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment; conduct regular stock monitoring and replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external agencies to facilitate orders, deliveries, and other operational needs.
- Supervise maintenance and security personnel to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and operational at all times.
- Assist in the processing of payments and documentation related to purchases, deliveries, and service engagements.
- Provide logistical support for school events, trainings, and other internal activities.
- Support the implementation of safety, cleanliness, and maintenance protocols by liaising with relevant staff or contractors.
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient support services in line with the school's operational goals.
- Assist in clerical tasks and administrative duties related to support services as directed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Deputy School Director or Administrative Manager.

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
