Executive Assistant to the President

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the President. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and handles sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the President's time and attention are focused on high-impact priorities—managing communications, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating schedules, and supporting travel and events.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the President's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal/external communications on behalf of the President.
- Draft, proofread, and format documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure key records are accessible and up to date.
Communications & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Coordinate with department heads and teams to follow through on action items, deliverables, and deadlines.
Travel & Events
- Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international trips.
- Support the President during travels—handling schedules, event materials, and communication needs.
- Assist in planning and executing meetings, conferences, and company events as needed.
Presentations & Reports
- Create, edit, and refine PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for internal meetings, client pitches, and public engagements.
- Gather data and insights from various departments to prepare executive reports and summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Trello).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
