  • Manage executive and team calendars with precision
  • Send timely confirmations and reminders for meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update shift calendars across departments
  • Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently
  • Ensure coverage and minimize scheduling conflicts
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external contacts
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Willing and able to a long-term WFH setup and night shift schedule
