What we are looking for:

VA Executive/Personal Assistant (WFH | Night Shift)

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle email and communication tasks efficiently
  • Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, task managers)
  • Assist with personal errands and administrative duties
  • Previous VA or executive assistant experience

VA Paralegal (Hybrid; 2x a week | Night Shift)

  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and affidavits
  • Conduct legal research and compile concise summaries to support case development
  • Maintain and update case files, calendars, and critical deadlines with accuracy
  • Liaise professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel for scheduling and coordination.

VA Digital Marketing Specialist (ONSITE | Night Shift)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring engagement and brand consistency
  • Optimize website structure and content for improved SEO performance
  • Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive conversions
  • Willing to report onsite in PITX, Parañaque (Office location: Tower 2)
