Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time , overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 102,000 to 139,000 to apply.

What will you do as a Technical Delivery Manager?

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, your accountabilities will include:

• Enabling effective delivery across agile teams, managing dependencies, coordinating releases, and ensuring technical solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose.
• Working closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, and architects to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers, without direct line management authority.
• Managing release planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across complex delivery landscapes.
• Supporting the expansion of cloud technologies and ensuring integration into delivery pipelines and architecture

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

• Proven background in technical delivery, project management, or agile coaching within software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skilled in resource management, capacity planning, and driving data-informed continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams, including offshore collaboration.

Desirable:

• Skilled in Power BI and modern collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Knowledgeable in AI-driven tools shaping delivery practices.
• Experience with assessment technologies or exam board operations.
