About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery / Project Manager to lead and evolve a high-performing tech team. This is a fully remote position, supporting business operations aligned with UK or US time zones. The role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical insight and exceptional people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent software delivery initiatives
  • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies
  • Translate business priorities into clear deliverables and sprint goals
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate between CTO, developers, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation, enforce quality standards, and drive knowledge sharing
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and a culture of accountability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile project/delivery management within tech
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
  • Skilled at converting business requirements into actionable technical tasks
  • Proficient with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work flexibly across UK/US time zones
