We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery and Execution Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of IT projects. This role involves overseeing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of IT services. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a focus on operational efficiency, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise during project execution.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the operational performance of IT systems, ensuring optimal delivery and minimal disruption to services.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine delivery processes and practices to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management or IT service delivery roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with resource management, budgeting, and scheduling for IT projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
