What you'll do:

The IT Delivery & Execution Head is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of IT initiatives across company. This role ensures that IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. It oversees key functions including IT Project Delivery, Quality Assurance & Testing, Financial Management, and Systems Analysis. The role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of enterprise IT delivery frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities


• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects across the organization.


• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and strategic priorities.


• Manage project portfolios, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.


• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

IT Quality Assurance & Testing


• Oversee QA strategy, test planning, and execution across all IT initiatives.


• Ensure robust testing frameworks and automation practices are in place.


• Monitor defect trends and drive root cause analysis and resolution.


• Champion a culture of quality and accountability across delivery teams.

IT Financial Management


• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.


• Ensure financial transparency and control across IT programs and vendors.


• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement for vendor management and contract oversight.


• Track ROI and value realization of IT investments.

IT Systems Analysis


• Guide business systems analysts in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution validation.


• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.


• Promote best practices in business analysis and stakeholder engagement.


• Support change management and user adoption strategies.

Leadership & Governance


• Build and lead high-performing teams across delivery, QA, finance, and analysis.


• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.


• Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security teams for integrated delivery.

Required Qualification:


• Experience in IT delivery, project management, or technology leadership roles.


• Proven experience managing cross-functional IT teams and large-scale projects.


• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, QA methodologies, and financial management.


• Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and business analysis frameworks.
