We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Delivery Manager to lead the execution of enterprise-level technology initiatives. The role ensures timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery of IT projects that align with business priorities and digital transformation goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, oversee delivery governance, and continuously improve project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and system implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical project plans.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Prepare executive updates and progress reports for IT leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project or program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level technology projects.
  • Strong background in project governance, budget control, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional project methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
