Job Summary:
The
Delivery Manager
under the
Customer Data Program
will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of
Data and Analytics projects
, ensuring initiatives are completed within scope, schedule, and budget while adhering to established IT governance and SDLC standards. This role requires strong leadership in project delivery, technical oversight, and vendor management, with a specific emphasis on
Informatica-based solutions
. The ideal candidate is a delivery-focused leader with deep experience in managing data integration, MDM, and analytics projects in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects within approved scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, project documentation, and governance requirements.
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and report progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Oversee cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure productivity and alignment.
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and clear ways of working.
  • Provide technical direction on data architecture and Informatica solutions.
  • Manage testing phases (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality assurance across all stages.

Vendor & Compliance Management

  • Supervise vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
  • Enforce adherence to bank policies, data security, and risk management standards.
  • Manage change requests and conduct impact analyses.
  • Ensure project members complete mandatory trainings and comply with governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering
    , or a related discipline.
  • Project Management certification (e.g.,
    PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master
    ) is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least
    8–10 years of experience
    in
    project or delivery management
    , preferably in
    Data and Analytics
    or
    Enterprise IT
    environments.
  • Must have hands-on experience managing Informatica-based projects
    , including MDM, Data Quality, or ETL implementations.
  • Proven experience leading
    end-to-end system delivery
    from planning to production support transition.
  • Strong background in
    data integration, data governance, and enterprise data management
    .
  • Experience working within
    financial services, banking, or large-scale corporate IT environments
    is highly preferred.

Technical & Leadership Skills

  • Strong expertise in
    data architecture, pipelines, modeling, and ETL design
    .
  • Proficient with
    Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, Data Quality
    , or similar platforms.
  • Experienced in
    Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery frameworks
    .
  • Skilled in
    risk, issue, and change management
    aligned with ITIL standards.
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting
    skills.
  • Proven ability to
    lead cross-functional and vendor teams
    to achieve business and technical objectives.
  • Demonstrates
    leadership, accountability, and analytical thinking
