We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and confident in presenting solutions to clients, particularly within the security and electronic identification industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical sales documents.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth segments.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and client engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within security solutions or technology-based systems
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal (non-negotiable)
  • Strong professional presence, confidence, and presentation skills
