Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Growth

  • Generate new business by prospecting leads, managing inbound inquiries, and developing accounts across multiple channels.
  • Conduct product presentations, coffee machine demos, and site assessments to support client decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, reviews, and after-sales service.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., accessories, consumables, additional equipment).
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, providing recommendations and solutions that align with their business needs.

Market Development

  • Research and identify new market segments (hospitality groups, corporate offices, specialty retail, resellers).
  • Contribute to building reseller and channel partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market shifts to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and product launches to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth installation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Record client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Provide management with feedback on client needs, product gaps, and potential growth areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coffee, food & beverage, hospitality, or equipment sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about coffee equipment and technology.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site when needed.
