Business Development Intern

Job Summary
The Business Development Intern will support the development and execution of new growth initiatives for Belo, with a focus on identifying strategic partnerships and opportunities. The role involves preparing presentations, reports, and internal briefs, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of ongoing business development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead outreach to potential partners (through self-research with approval or existing lead lists) and arrange in-person or online meetings.
Assist in fulfilling requirements and deliverables for brand partnerships.
Support the planning and execution of in-clinic or external partnership activations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across projects.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing and routing MOAs/contracts, drafting meeting minutes, and processing vendor payments.
Proficient in Microsoft and Google programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and their Google counterparts).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear reports, presentations, and outreach materials.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams while being comfortable working independently on assigned tasks.
Capable of project coordination, timeline tracking, and managing deliverables for partnership execution.
Open to learning, receptive to feedback, disciplined, and organized in handling work pressures.
Personable, adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in managing changing priorities.
Awareness of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
A graduating college student majoring in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
