Support and Leadership Recruiter

A TA Specialist for support & leadership roles is responsible for evaluating and hiring candidates for these positions. They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through online platforms and networking, and conduct initial screenings to assess skills and fit. They also manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the company's hiring needs.
Work Setup:
Hybrid - Makati
10am - 7pm
Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting for support and leadership roles.
- Willingness to work onsite as needed.
- Must have a stable internet connection at home for remote work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have own laptop and a spare phone for work purposes
