Job Summary:

This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting people to the right opportunities, enjoys speaking with diverse candidates, and wants to grow in the recruitment field.

You'll play a key role in end-to-end recruitment support, from sourcing candidates and pre-screening applicants to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

THIS IS PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups).
  • Post and maintain job listings across multiple platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the HR and Marketing teams.
  • Handle basic recruitment documentation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (BPO or VA recruitment experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and online recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
  • Willing to work on a night shift (11 PM - 08 AM PH time).
