We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support recruiters by managing our CRM platform, optimizing workflows, and delivering actionable insights. This role blends data management, reporting, and user support to ensure smooth recruiting operations.

Must Have's

  • 2–4 years of CRM administration experience
  • Familiarity with recruiting/staffing operations
  • Proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of CRM-to-ATS or email marketing integrations

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

  • Strong data accuracy and reporting skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Optimize CRM for recruiting and sales workflows
  • Train staff and provide user support
  • Build dashboards and reports for recruiters and managers
  • Maintain integrations and automate processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
