The Recruitment Supervisor oversees and drives the full recruitment operations of Smart Outsourcing Solution (SOS), with a focus on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) engagements, technical recruitment, and executive-level hiring for global clients.
This role requires a strategic and hands-on recruiter who can balance team management, client partnership, and operational delivery. The Recruitment Supervisor will manage end-to-end hiring pipelines across technology, digital, and corporate leadership roles while ensuring alignment with client expectations and compliance with Philippine labor standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee and manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and executive roles across client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand role specifications, hiring priorities, and business goals.
- Lead sourcing strategies through professional platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) and niche communities.
- Conduct candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and technical assessments as needed.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed evaluation notes and recommendations.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout all stages.
RPO Project Management
- Supervise recruitment delivery teams assigned to specific client accounts.
- Implement standardized RPO workflows, SLAs, and reporting structures.
- Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular check-ins with client hiring managers to align on progress and recalibrate priorities.
- Coordinate onboarding transition with HR, Payroll, and Client Success teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Provide recruitment training on sourcing tools, interview techniques, and client engagement.
- Review and approve candidate shortlists before submission to clients.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on quality delivery.
Market Research & Strategy
- Stay updated on emerging hiring trends in technology, digital marketing, and executive search.
- Build and maintain talent maps, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.
- Recommend new sourcing channels, tools, and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support business development by preparing recruitment proposals and talent reports when needed.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to DOLE guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain organized and confidential records of candidates, client feedback, and offer approvals.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin for pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or client-facing RPO role.
- Proven success in technical, IT, and executive recruitment across local and international markets.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end RPO delivery, talent mapping, and client management.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, Boolean sourcing, and candidate tracking tools.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven with a focus on quality and speed of delivery.
