Land Acquisition Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree related to Real Estate, Law, or a relevant discipline;
- Must have 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- A Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus;
- Knowledgeable in real estate law and regulation including Right of Way procedure is an advantage;
- Should be computer literate, keen to details, and with good communication skills;
- Willing to travel on assigned areas across the country.
Major Responsibilities:
- Negotiation for the commercial closing of sale/lease/ROW Agreements of lands with the landowners;
- Land Consolidation;
- Management of real estate brokers, agents, and local consolidators;
- Gathering of land documents and execution of contracts necessary for the title transfer of the lands acquired in the name of the company;
- Conduct of initial due diligence for the feasibility of acquiring the land;
- Assure compliance of condition precedents to the acquisition of lands through sale/lease/ROW agreements.
